We offer exchanges and store credit only. Our policy lasts a total of 14 days after receiving item(s). If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, we can no longer offer you anything. You have 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit for your purchase if tags are still attached and in original condition you bought it. After 14 days, you are no longer eligible.
To be eligible for an exchange and/or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also still have tags attached.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be exchanged.
Any item that is exchanged more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot.
Jewelry items are final sale.
Intimate items, such as bras, bralettes, bramis are all final sale.
Swimwear is final sale.
Evening wear is final sale. (Sequins dresses)
Holiday items are final sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
