Exchanges ONLY
We offer exchanges and store credit only. Our policy lasts a total of 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since the purchase date, we can no longer offer you anything. You have 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit for your purchase if tags are still attached and in original condition you bought it. After 14 days, you are no longer eligible.

To be eligible for an exchange and/or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also still have tags attached.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (including original packaging, and/or shoeboxes) for reasons not due to our error, cannot be exchanged.
Any item that is exchanged more than 14 days after purchase date will not be accepted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot.

Accessories are all final sale. This includes jewelry, headbands, hair accessories.

Intimate items, such as bras, bralettes, nipple covers, underwear, bramis and bodysuits are all final sale.

Swimwear is final sale.

Evening wear is final sale. (Sequins dresses)

Holiday items are final sale.

capri BLUE items are all final sale.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.

We do not cancel orders.

All items must be returned back to us within 14 days of being purchased with tags attached and receipt at your expense. We do not pay for the return shipping costs. Any item that does not follow our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.
